Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified in the item's description. To secure a guaranteed ground delivery date when ordering online, please note the date you would like your order delivered in the "Additional Information" section at checkout. If expedited shipping is required a customer service representative will contact you quickly.

Props America utilizes the services of multiple small package couriers to assure your order ships to meet your delivery needs. FedEx Ground and UPS deliver ground packages Monday through Friday. FedEx Home Delivery delivers ground packages Tuesday through Saturday (to residential locations only). The United States Postal Service delivers ground packages Monday through Saturday.

Address Change & Correction Fees: Shipping address changes, modifications, or corrections made to the shipping address after the order has left the Props America warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. UPS & FedEx currently charge $28 per box/package for address modifications, corrections, and changes.

Express & Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping options are available through FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service. At this time expedited shipping options are not available for orders placed online. Orders requiring expedited shipping services should be placed by phone to ensure the lowest rate available for the service required. Props America aims to have your order reach its destination using standard shipping to save on shipping costs. Expedited Shipping Options are available by calling 866-909-6333 Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST. You may also inquire through the online Help Desk after hours and on weekends for immediate assistance.

International Shipping Options

Props America currently ships within the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico. International shipments ship via UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and Canada Post. Props America does not arrange shipments outside of North America at this time. If you would like to arrange a pick up for an international shipment outside of North America please contact customer service +1 815-363-3363 or through the online Help Desk.
